Pinoy 365 – Complete Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and Pinoy 365 ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the Pinoy 365 platform at pinoy365.click, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing any part of the Pinoy 365 website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account if one already exists. These Terms supersede any prior verbal or written communications.
By registering a Pinoy 365 account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of balances.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at Pinoy 365. We take underage gambling seriously. If we discover or reasonably suspect that a registered player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any winnings forfeited. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing Pinoy 365 is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register. Pinoy 365 does not accept players from territories where we are unable to legally operate. Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs or proxy services is a breach of these Terms.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each player may hold only one Pinoy 365 account. Creating multiple accounts to access bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or exploit any other aspect of the platform is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, Pinoy 365 will close all but the original account, forfeit bonus balances across all accounts, and may forfeit real-money balances where fraudulent intent is determined.
Important: Self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register. Any account created during a self-exclusion period will be closed and any winnings voided.
3. Your Account
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pinoy 365 login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. Pinoy 365 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately.
3.2 Account Information Accuracy
You must keep your account information — including name, address, email, and mobile number — accurate and up to date. If your details change, update your account promptly. Discrepancies between your account name and your registered payment method names will delay or prevent withdrawals.
3.3 Account Currency
All Pinoy 365 accounts operate in Philippine Peso (₱). Balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are all displayed and settled in PHP. There are no multi-currency options available.
3.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction occurs for a continuous 12-month period. Pinoy 365 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Dormant account fees will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a successful transaction.
4. Deposits
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Pinoy 365 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. No maximum deposit limit applies unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.
4.2 Own Accounts Only
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your full legal name — the same name as your Pinoy 365 account. Deposits received from a third party's account will be returned to the source and may trigger an account review. Pinoy 365 is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider for transactions.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Most deposits at Pinoy 365 are credited instantly. Where a delay occurs due to bank processing times or system maintenance, funds will typically be credited within one business day. If a deposit has not been credited within 24 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Note: Pinoy 365 does not charge deposit fees. However, check with your payment provider as some may apply their own transaction charges.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount at Pinoy 365 is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.2 Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If the original method is unavailable, Pinoy 365 may request an alternative method with additional verification documentation to confirm ownership.
5.3 Processing Times
Standard processing times vary by VIP tier. Bronze accounts should allow up to 60 minutes for GCash and Maya. Silver members receive priority processing. Gold and Diamond members receive faster handling — often under 15 minutes. Processing may take longer during peak periods or public holidays.
5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal
Pinoy 365 may require identity verification, proof of address, or payment ownership documentation before releasing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. Providing false or altered documents will result in immediate account closure and report to relevant authorities.
5.5 Wagering Completion
Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus-related portion of your balance can be withdrawn. Real-money balances not derived from bonuses can be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification checks.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions at Pinoy 365 are subject to individual terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, minimum odds requirements, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active. Standard wagering multipliers range from 5x to 10x depending on tier and promotion type.
6.2 One Bonus at a Time
Only one bonus may be active at a time on your Pinoy 365 account. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements on an existing bonus will forfeit the original bonus and its associated winnings.
6.3 Maximum Bet While on Bonus
While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet stake is ₱1,000 or 10% of the bonus value — whichever is lower. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided, and any resulting winnings may be removed.
6.4 Parlay and Accumulator Boosts
Promotional boosts on parlay bets — such as the ONE Championship 25% parlay boost — are applied to winnings only, not the stake. Minimum odds and minimum stake requirements as stated in each promotion apply. Boosts are not available on void or refunded legs.
6.5 Abuse of Promotions
Pinoy 365 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of abuse — including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of low-margin markets, or manipulation of the system to generate a risk-free bonus outcome. Confirmed abuse will result in account closure.
7. Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet at Pinoy 365 is only considered accepted when a confirmation number is generated and displayed or delivered to you. Bets in progress that do not receive a confirmation due to a connection failure or system error are not accepted. Do not assume a bet was placed without a confirmation reference.
7.2 Odds Changes
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between adding a selection to your bet slip and clicking "Place Bet," you will be shown the updated odds and asked to confirm. Accepted bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
7.3 Obvious Errors
Pinoy 365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from an obvious technical error, data feed failure, or pricing mistake. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full. We will notify affected players.
7.4 Event Cancellations and Postponements
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 24 hours of its original start time, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. For events that are started and then abandoned, settlement rules vary by sport and are detailed in the relevant sport-specific rules available in the Help section.
7.5 Live Betting
Live in-play bets at Pinoy 365 are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed placement. Latency between live action and displayed odds is inherent in live betting. Pinoy 365 does not accept responsibility for any latency-related outcomes but reserves the right to void bets placed with demonstrably advantageous information not yet reflected in the market.
8. Casino Games
All casino games at Pinoy 365 — including Baccarat and Roulette — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer streams operated by licensed game providers. Pinoy 365 does not control game outcomes. In the event of a game software failure or disconnection during a live casino session, the round will be settled based on available game state data at the time of the error. If no data is available, the bet stake is returned.
Casino games may contribute differently toward bonus wagering requirements. Baccarat and Roulette typically contribute at a rate specified in each promotion's individual terms. Check applicable terms before playing casino games to clear a bonus.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Pinoy 365 platform:
- Registering more than one account
- Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to access or interact with the platform
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for personal gain
- Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal financial activity
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or customer support staff
Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended. Pinoy 365 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.
10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Our Right to Suspend
Pinoy 365 may suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. During a suspension, pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.
10.2 Player-Requested Closure
You may request to close your Pinoy 365 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to standard verification. Closure requests under a self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours.
10.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, all pending bets are cancelled and stakes returned unless the event has already commenced. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited on account closure regardless of wagering progress.
11. Limitation of Liability
Pinoy 365 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, communication failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pinoy 365's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arose. Pinoy 365 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
12. Privacy and Data
Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Pinoy 365 Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document. Pinoy 365 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

13. Responsible Gaming
Pinoy 365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 14. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of Pinoy 365 after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
